Key 12: I will pour out my Spirit

But Peter… addressed them, ‘… listen to what I say.  Indeed these are not drunk as you suppose, for it is only 9 o’clock in the morning.’ (Acts 2:14,15)

And your sons and daughters shall prophesy… in those day I will pour out my Spirit…’ (Acts 2:17-18)

‘Therefore my heart was glad, and my tongue rejoiced…’  (Acts 2:26)

Get ready to see something amazing. The Holy Spirit living in you wants to get out and make himself known!

He is the joy of the Lord, and he’s your strength! He wants you to rejoice always. There’s a reason for this… and it isn’t so that you’ll look holy. It’s so that you’ll BE HOLY.

And with all that joy in you, your tongue is bound to respond.

And the ransomed of the Lord shall return… everlasting joy shall be upon their heads. (Isaiah 35:10)

Tongues as of fire appeared among them, and a tongue rested on each of them…. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other languages… (Acts 2:3

And hope does not disappoint us because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit that has been given to us. (Romans 5:5)

One who jubilates does not utter words, but a certain sound of joy without words…  Rejoicing in exultation, one uses words that cannot be spoken, but he simply lets his joy burst forth without words; his voice then begins to express a happiness so intense that he cannot explain it.
